Referring to a cloud of urine that has evaporated into the air. Usually occurs in large cities like New York and San Francisco.

I was on my way to work this morning and as I got off the train I walked through a Piss cloud.

Someone with perennial bad luck. If something can go from bad to worse and it just does, and you leave bad karma in your wake, you are a jinx cloud.

Matty has fibromyalgia and his laptop holder fell on him, all bruised up, that dude is a total jinx cloud. He also has bad parking karma, no app can help him.
