Being associated with such trash Cadillac brand has now become a joke since the only people who like them now are gangstas, poor blacks from the hood or obese lesbian girls with their eyes set on Cadillac despite never being able to afford one.
Therefore, this brand has gained a bad reputation being associated with poor white trash and the brand has declined since white trash admires it.

The barriers allegedly cost more to put up than having done nothing, which was ironic when the government supposedly had less money to spend during the shutdown. It also seemed to demonstrate they were unnecessarily put up by orders from the Obama administration in efforts to "make the American people feel more pain" and in hopes of demonizing congress and the GOP.

The prisoner gets a non flammable, non ripable plastic covered matress just like everyone else but his rack is put on the cell floor and usually gets in everyone else's way. It is much better then just throwing a matress on the floor and making a man sleap on the floor that everyone walks on. He is not lower than his cell mates.
