A Tyler is a person who doesn't seem to pick up on the fact that they are being intrusive in conversations and just stands around soaking up the conversation for fun. A Tyler is also somehow passing school, without realizing that 2x8 is 16 and not 10. A Tyler also lacks a single funny bone in their entire body.
