Gatekeeping is a way of protecting cool things (like certain music, style, hobby...) used by the OGs.We protect these things from posers/trend followers/normies so they dont become mainstream.If you get mad at people who gatekeep you are one of those 3 things(poser/trend follower/normie).If you support it and use it you are probably an OG/real fan.
