A tik tok bully is usually a little child that will comment mean remarks on your posts or comments. They are very oblivious of jokes, they dont know what irony is. They are known for calling you 9 year old even though they are very young . they are 9-12 year old usually. When you reply back they say you are mean and tell you to stop even though they started. They usually are girls
