Born in a reddit thread about a german FDP politician named Martin Neumaier doing all kinds of weird 'sexual' stuff to unsuspecting toilet appliances like mildly licking of a pissoir, licking a toilet brush and, for matter of this definition, drawing a hitler moustache out of feces of human origin. OP decided to iconically brand the word: "Shitler" with a historically unprecidented accuracy. He may forever be know as Martin Shitler Neumaier.

A close but more offensive sibling to the Dirty Sanchez, a Shitler is a stylized fecal mustache which typically occurs during anal intercourse. Upon withdrawing from the recipient’s rectum, the protagonist executes a quick, abbreviated swipe of his stool coated penis just under the nostrils of the beneficiary.
