Pum Nugget

A Pum nugget is a sex food ritual. Firstly a guy must obtain a 6 piece chicken nugget box from Mcdonalds. Then give the box to a girl, who said guy is sexually close with. ONE nugget is then removed from the box and carefully placed within the vaginal passage. The nugget must remain for more than an hour within the passage and is then removed.
