A McGoobie brother is a close friend that is willing to help you with sexual release, but maintain the boundaries of friendship. This is often done by standing behind an individual with a mirror while performing a reach around, so the receiver believes that they are relieving themselves.

Person 1: "Hi Mate, I'm feeling a bit frisky. Care to give me a McGoobie?"
Person 2: "Sure thing, let me grab a mirror. I am your friend and McGoobie Brother"
