Dude: "Oh, man... is that Karen??"
Bro: "Woops... yea... she totally just saw me with Steph!"
Steph: "Who's Karen???"
Dude: "Wow... well, I hope you enjoy your peanut butter and jealousy sandwich."

When you yourself are stuck between two people that want you (be it sexually, emotionally, for a relationship, or simply due to territorial instinct), and consequently hate each other.

It is a phrase used in the pick up community refering to a series of events which induce jealousy in woman, mostly directed at the 'target' of the 'pick up', which usually happens to be the most attractive woman in the group.
The jealousy plotline,plotline, plotlineexplained
Man(talking to two women of, 1 of them is more attractive thus she is the 'target)',we name her girl A, girl B is her less attractive friend):
Hey, you know what ?! I bet you're a terrible hugger! To girl B Proceeds to hug girl B.
Girl A observes and gets jealous thus her emotional state changes from neutral to hightened attraction due to the jealousy created by the lack of attention given to her. Her friend girl B is getting the attention she craves, so she becomes jealous.

Jealousy. We’ve all experienced it. Jealousy can be defined as the vigilant maintaining or guarding of something. Jealousy has a bad rap but it’s normal to want to guard the people we love, especially when we see a potential rival cozying up to our significant other. But there’s a difference between feeling jealous and exhibiting unhealthy jealous behaviors.
Dangerous jealousy these people going to kill me.
Jealousy doesn’t become a problem until it’s acted on. People that are prone to intense jealousy or possessiveness often harbor feelings of inadequacy or inferiority and have a tendency to compare themselves to others. Jealousy, at its core, is a byproduct of fear, fear of not being good enough, fear of loss. When it hits, it can trick us into believing our relationship is in immediate danger, making it impossible to distinguish between natural feelings of protectiveness and irrational suspicion.
