(Predecessors/Influences: Tupac Shakur, Nasir Jones, Lupe Fiasco, etc.)

1. "Dem black hippies got SICK beats!! And songs not just about pu**y/ni**az... SHEESH!! Am I right guys?!"
2. Artists include: Ab-Soul, Big KRIT, Kendrick Lamar, etc
3. The exact OPPOSITE of sell-out, brain-dead, plagiarizing 'artists' (e.g. Drake, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, etc.)
