More commonly known as H.H.S. it is the physical condition in which ones head gets increasingly heavy over the course of a night due to the over consumption of alcohol. H.H.S. most recognizably gives off the appearance of lost consciousness due to extreme head slumping.

"Man that bartender stopped serving you last night cause you had an extreme case of heavy head syndrome."
