Slang for 'totally yes'. Mainly used by Candians.

derived from 'toatz magoatz' used in the movie 'i love you man'.

Amy: Hey Eric, did you want to go to Erin's party tonight in the valley?

Eric: yeah i'm up for that, toatz yuppers.

Someone that constantly yaps about things that don't matter or someone that doesn't shut the hell up.

An individual that feels entitled to publicly judge others on social media platforms for the purpose of tarnishing the person(s) professional or personal reputation, and to make them feel better about themselves.

2) Used to break the silence of an ackward situation.
