A phrase used as a descriptor for a potential romantic relationship that is not of genuine interest. A "side chick". This tortilla-person would not be seen as first priority. The two in this relationship may be completely unsure if each other's feelings.

1: Do you like this girl foreal?
2: Nah dude, she's on the tortilla. I'm down to kiss her but if she gets crazy it's no sweat because I can replace her easily.
1: (laughing) You dog! I should've known you were on the tortilla with that chick!
