AKA Political Conspiracism . The belief that those one politically disagrees with (esp. those that oppose one's favored candidate) are in on a massive conspiracy to overturn said belief/candidate. Though Ben Garrison and other Trump supporters of his ilk are textbook examples,by no means are they the only ones. Others include:

-Robespierre's Reign of Terror
-McCarthyism
etc.
