State of the A.R.T.,also known as Fulton's Finest, is a rap group that was created in Eastwick. Made up of 3 Dominican brothers and their half Dominican, half Puerto Rican cousin. Their names are; El Negro, The Paperboy, A-Rod, and Prophecy. Their skills our flowing with hot lines and metaphors that make you think.
