Is a compressed form of saying words like swear (which is another way of saying "Oh, I see. That's quite interesting") or say word, which if you say swerve in the right manner, it sounds like say word.

The really lame swear words you come out with when shouting at other road users whilst driving. This can be a mash up of two completely incompatible swear words when you can't make your mind up quick enough which one to use and end up using both, or when you just take too long to come up with anything and end up with something really lame.
