n. Slang term used by an exclusive but growing number of fans to shorten the word Steelers (as in the NFL's Pittsburgh Steelers). Created by a North Side man circa 2006 when the painted word Steelers did not entirely fit on his face.

When I refer to steez, it's for reference to something illegal, possibly problematic, or unhealthy. basically drugs and alcohol.
