As reported in Britain, the act of setting fire to the contents of a wheelie bin, extinguishing the fire, and then inhaling the fumes in order to obtain an intoxicating effect. The high is thought to come from a combination of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide overload, the chemicals released from the burning plastic, and the chemicals released by whatever rubbish is in the bin. Practised at a bin party.

They generally have three Bentleys parked on the driveway and a getaway villa in Portugal. Most likely coined as they can often be seen in Waitrose sniffing the Skyr.
