Someone who is a leach; someone who is chinsy with their money or possessions or borrows from others without repayment.

Shlamoiel

1. A Jewish cleric of non-Rabbinical status, usually with the duty of performing circumcisions.

2. A derogatory term, akin to cock-sucker. I.E. Cock-cutter.
