Another way of saying "e" if you don't know what to say. If you think e is boring, you add an extra "r" to the e to give out a different kind of feel to the word instead of just one letter. Make it creative, make it two letters! Then this is the word for you. Usually used when you are about to end something, it just feels right for some reason.

Friend: You going now?
You: Yeah...
Friend: Alr, cya
You: Alr, bye
