1. A person that lives in the small town of Portage in Pennsylvania.

2. A Portage Rider is a redneck indian that loves to listen to country music, party in the farms, and wear ugly worker boots. Also, a Portage Rider will make fun of fat drag queens that want butt sex and food from McDonalds, because they are very racist.

A Portage Rider came up to me today and told me how bad ass that party was at his farm.

I knew that man was a Portage Rider from the way he wore those ugly boots and laughed at me for being a man and wearing a fat dress.
