Let's take this offline

Something said in an online or phone meaning, usually as a result of someone fucking up. This phrase usually implies that someone is about to be reprimanded, but it would be unprofessional to do so in front of the other individuals in the meeting.

Adjective used to describe the state of activities performed in relation to a corporate or private network, typically via a VPN. When offlan, no VPN connection is available; hence, no internal resources are available. One may still have network access to the Internet or other resources, but when offlan, internal web sites or other servers are unavailable.

Antonym: onlan
Even though I had signal, I was offlan, so I could not get to the files you put on the server.
