Lenny

Slang for millennials. This term is used to disregard them when they speak out of entitlement and make no sense. It is the opposite of "Boomer".

Boomer: "You are late for the 12th time in less than 90 days of employment. Why?"

Millennial: "Well, you see, I leave home at the same time everyday..."

Boomer: "Ok Lenny, you need to leave your house earlier to get to work on time or your ass will be fired..."

Millennial: Crying....
