Lahey juul

Another word for a breathalyzer, which is a device used to monitor one's blood alcohol content (BAC). Dubbed 'the Lahey juul' because in the television series "Trailer Park Boys," Jim Lahey (park supervisor) frequently uses a breathalyzer in a similar fashion to a nicotine addict.

Yo I got pulled over by this cop who was super chill. He even let me hit his Lahey juul.

Asshole Lane

The lane on a highway directly adjacent to an off ramp lane where Assholes try to cut in at the very last possible second to avoid a line up. This generates new traffic in the asshole lane and a subsequent chain reaction into neighboring lanes.

It is a major root of rush hour traffic on highways worldwide.

Passenger: "Dude get out of this lane quick"
Driver: "Why?"
Passenger: "Because it's the asshole lane!"
Driver: "Thanks you are so wise"

Mr. Lahey

Although he was a Canadian, Mr. Lahey was a true American hero. He was one of the greats, and inspiration to alcoholics everywhere. He was more than just a drunken ex-trailer park supervisor on a Canadian TV show called Trailer Park Boys ... he was "the liquor." Rest in peace John Dunsworth, thank you for the many, many laughs.

Randy: "Mr. Lahey! ... you're back on the liquor!?"

Mr. Lahey: "Bo Bandy... (long contemplative swig from bottle of liquor) … I AM the liquor."

Text lane

The right or "slow" lane of a road having two or more lanes of travel in the same direction. Drivers who retreat to the text lane to send and receive texts and email can often be seen hugging the solid white line, drifting into the adjacent lane or onto the shoulder then swerving back into the text lane and traveling much slower than the rest of traffic.

First guy: "Dude. What took you guys so long to get here?"

Second guy: "Jeff was having a text fight with Trudy about what she did on her girls' night out so he was driving the whole way over in the text lane."
