A heaven sent treat consisting of Italian water ice and soft ice cream/custard. You can get a wide variety of flavors for the water ice and the typical vanilla or chocolate custard. The gelati is layered starting with custard on the bottom, then water ice, then some more custard, etc (depending on the size you get).
