A fictional location, existing only in one's imagination; the antipode of everywhere; nowhere; commonly used in sarcastic remarks addressing the habitual absenteeism of a person or persons.

Cousin: This place is crawling with hotties.
Cuz:Yeah, dude, they're neverywhere!

Cousin: It's been great to see David around so much.
Cuz: Yeah, lately I see him neverywhere I go.
