A girl that is willing to or has been hooking up with you. Meaning when you see the girl you are going to drop your trousers. Originated in the southern black community. Similar to calling someone bae, boo, girl, but let's people know that y'all are hooking up and not just an interest. Mainly use by guys to describe their girl, but can also be used by slutty girls to describe their man. FWB (friends with benefits) is the closest synonym.
