The ability to be consistent, without flaking out on those who have come to depend on you resulting in lost opportunities in personal, private or professional relationships.

Drummer: "So are you and your original guitarist gonna get your old band back together...?"

Bassist: "I wish bro. He's a killer guitarist & songwriter, but he flakes out and wont show up when he says he will. He has no Constability whatsoever man. I can't waste my time with him"

Coinstar Poor

The state of being so ridiculously strapped for cash, you're forced with one last option: scrounging for change so you can cash them in. Usually occurs towards the beginning of the week, after blowing your whole paycheck on fast food, booze, strippers and/or illegal drugs over the weekend.

Jake: Hey Dave, Britney and I are going out for sushi. Why don't you bring that chick you were hitting on Saturday night with us? We'll all go together!

Dave: Nah man, Saturday night I spent all my money on pizza and beer. I'm coinstar poor.
