When a government or coporation knowingly allows a tragedy to happen so they can use it as a scare tactic to better control the people.

"They say that the bombing on a train was done by a religious group of extremists. The cops are gonna come down hard on them."

9-Me-BC

9-Me-BC (9-Methyl-BetaCarboline) is something you take to grow your dopamine receptors by means of sonic hedgehog gene unregulation (SHH gene unregulation) and possibly BDNF. The dose range is 15mg to 50mg a day. It causes neurogenesis.

9/11 Tourette's

A neurological disorder that is characterized by invoking the tragic events of September 11, 2001 in places where they don't belong.

The phrase was coined by Jon Stewart of The Daily Show on Octover 1, 2007.

Actual examples of 9/11 Tourette's:

"I also think there have been subsequent intervening events, September 11, which cast somewhat of a different light on the second ammendment."

"Won't you 9/11 help us 9/11? Because 9/11 is a terrible 9/11 to 9/11."
