The Phrase "Nam Vets" is related to Vietnam Veterans and how after the war in Vietnam, most of the veterans of the war had Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, causing them to lose sanity and act like idiots around people.

Get the Nam Vetmug. An expression used to indicate that something hasn't occurred in a very long time. Generally used to refer to something that is normally done quite frequently but for some reason hasn't for an extended period of time.
