(Adjective)-probable portmanteau of tricky and sneaky, point of origin most likely Tolkien, as part of Gollum's corrupted dialect("tricksty hobbitsess").

Descriptor implying tricky or impossible seeming actions, random weirdness, intermittent recurring but unpromptable occurrances, and/or exhibiting apparently unnatural skill or talent in a possibly fantastical way, often involving large amounts of either wit or luck.

trickstered

The act of deceiving another individual in such a way that invokes humor and comedic applause. In most cases, the victim is mislead into falsified information by the offender and will genuinely believe the facts presented in front of them. However, when he/she has fallen too deep into the trap of the trickster, then they will earn the title as one who has been "trickstered". Another term for this is "jokestered".

Trickstab

In the popular FPS Team Fortress 2, the class "Spy" uses his butterfly knife to instantly kill enemies from behind. This is called Backstabbing, and it usually involves sneaking behind players. However, Trickstabbing usually means the enemy is aware of your presence, and you still manage to strafe behind, jump over, or dodge them to still get a backstab.

Player 1: Stupid weeb, trickstabs are so unfair.

Player 2: Get over it, trickstabbing takes skill.
