A term coined by Gym Class Heroes lead singer Travis McCoy describing a love for pharmaceuticals that is becoming more and more relevant and common in modern society. A person who is pillmatic is not a drug addict, but will seize any convenient opportunity to take pharmaceutical drugs, such as stealing them from a medicine cabinet for or friends who have undergone surgery. Pillmatics are created daily due to injuries, emotional pain, or boredom. Some drugs pillmatic people will most likely seek include the following trade names: narcotics: vicodin, percocet, oxycontin, dilaudid, tramadol, demerol, opana, morphine, and benzos which include: xanax, ativan, klonopin, valium, and many others.
