A dance similar to dances such as the naenae and whip, where it a random dance move that is easy to learn and incorporate.
How to perform it:
Imagine you have a heavy backpack that you are carrying on one elbow. You are trying to thrust your arm so that the backpack will move onto your shoulder. It's a sort of circular motion of your hand.

A: Bruh! What kind of move was that?!
B: That's the packback!

1) A horrible, scurrilous, fecally fecund urban pest.

2) Any loud, obnoxious bird, especially belonging to a species that can be found roosting in large, raucous groups. Seagulls are an excellent example of the dreaded packbawky.

packsacker

A person who tries to claim to be part of a community even though they weren't born there. They attempt inclusion in the group in order to raise their sense of self worth. Typically someone who moved to Eveleth MN from somewhere else and wants to be part of the city's rich history. Length of residency in Eveleth has no effect. If you weren't born there, you are a packsacker.

" Look at that Packsacker! He was born in Hibbing. He may say all the right things but he will always be a Packsacker!!
