Slang phrase for "no big deal". The phrases origins are the subject to some debate, however most scholars agree the phrase was coined in Western New York around 1998 - 2001. More specifically, students of Lancaster Central High School (Lancaster, NY) have been credited with the slang-phrase's creation.
