Refers to da verbal "sound" of da "wide-grin" emoticon dat you create by typing ":D". Most often used when conversing on Instant Messenger, and is intended to either express amusement at your chat-buddy's last remark, or to indicate to him dat you are "just kidding" when playfully sending him a sarcastic/snarky message.
Sending someone an "eeezh" emoticon can also notify him that you have finished the fairly-lengthy joke which you were telling him in several "helpings" (i.e., separate IM messages) so that he would not have to just twiddle his thumbs for an extended period while you were feverishly typing out the entire joke into a single message.
An example of an "eeezh" emoticon to indicate that your last message was the joke's punch-line would be when ya finish telling the classic "middle-aged guy and the genie" joke:
You: But da genie says dat building a bridge to Hawaii would be too gigantic/difficult a wish for him to grant, so after carefully thinking it over again, da guy finally says to da genie, "I wish you could help me understand women." Da genie winces and then quickly asks, "So --- do ya want dat bridge to be two lanes or four lanes?"
