bedishah

Bedishah is word often used as an insult by agitated mothers towards there lazy sons in some Bengali/Bangladeshi cultures. It means "stupid" in English, not to be confused with Bidisha which is a girls name that means "Intelligent".

Person: Oi, Abu Bakkar you bedishah. You will do what I say
Abu Bakkar: "Matis na"

A person who can only be enticed to leave the bed with a lure like something shiny or something that smells like bacon.

That Tia is a bedfish, she lurks at the bottom of the sheets and only surfaces for fresh squeezed orange juice and black coffee.

Pronounced: bud-ish.
Something cute, usualy also soft and squishy. Something buddish could be a fat short juicy grub, for example. A common alternative desciption of a buddish creature is pudgy.

A: Look at that that cute grub down here!
B: Aww, its well buddish! Shall i pick him up?
A: Sure!
B: Wait... careful!
