Rotten Vagina Syndrome--slang for Bacterial Vaginitis, or other bacterial infections of the vaginal area resulting in a noticably foul odor, often akin to that of rancid fish.

Jennifer's improper douching methods and overall lack of vaginal maintenance resulted in a rather severe case of R.V.S.
