2. An exaggerated opinion of your own importance egotism, swelled head conceitedness, vanity, conceit - the trait of being unduly vain and conceited; false pride superiority complex - an exaggerated estimate of your own value and importance.

3. The use of device(s) (i.e. speakerphone)in a deliberate attempt to sound more important than you actually are.

When the new boss arrived, John put all calls on the speakerphone and began to speak loudly enough for all to hear and implied his superiority over the rest of the office. Later, it was realized that he suffered from Olivication.

The state or practice or a practioner of total lack of awareness or indifference to the universe at large or the effects of one's actions on those around him.

Obliviationists do not use rear view mirrors, turn signals and do not mind if other shoppers cannot get around them when the block the lanes in grocery stores and other public places.

Oblivacation

A trip you arent particularly enthusiastic about taking but feel you have to, usually to visit family you haven't seen in awhile.

We took an oblivacation to Tallahassee to visit my wife's parents.
