A person who is a clock. He says he is a woman sometimes but he is a male. He is mistaken to be gay. He jokes around being your parent like mother or father. Usually telling you to go to bed. He cares about other people.

Human 1: Imma stay up.
Human 2: No, I am father, go to bed.
Human 1: Don't be a clockyy. >_>

Usually referring to a trans person who does not "pass" well is said to look "clocky." An outfit can also be clocky, or a shade of make-up. Anything that makes the trans person more obvious.

"Girl, I looked so clocky in that mini-dress last night. I will never wear that again."
