A person who for some reason is unable to attain the highest possible level of status; usually caused by lack of skill. He or she will use up most of their time to conceive reasons and/or excuses for why they cannot reach the desired goal. Such people are looked down upon by peers, colleagues, and even family members.

(adj.) the energy that someone gives off when they do something out of line or without thought, but all in good laughs and no one is harmed. This energy, or vibe is usually radiated from someone who loves banter and has a fun and honest personality.

Similar to crackhead energy, minus being weird and/or obnoxious.

At a CD signing for Louis Tomlinson's debut album:
*fan approaches table with louis sitting down*
Fan: you're so fucking cute
Louis: awh thanks love
Fan: can you write something cute for me?
Louis: uhm yeah...what constitutes "cute?".... here ya go... "fuck off"

Chaotic Stupid

in reference to a D&D character, extremely dumb and unintelligent. One can be classified as chaotic stupid if they do such things as taking a more complicated way to do things, or do something the party has told them not to, for no reason.

DM: "Okay guys, you enter into the room and there's a button in the middle of the room."
Player 1: "Okay. Don't press the button guys. It could be a trap. Let's just continue."
Player 2: "What colour is this button?"
Player 1: "Does that matter?"
DM: "It's bright red like the buzzers on Family Feud."
Player 2: "I can't resist it. I push the button."
Player 1: "Really? We got Mr. Chaotic Stupid over here don't we?"

chinotto

The name of an itialian soft drink comprised of the juice of the chinotto fruit and herbal flavours. The taste is that of cocacola and orange juce strained through an old mans shoes. The taste tends to grow on you and by your seccond can it is your favourite softdrink. Sometimes sold under the brio brand name.

When I first took a sip of chinotto i almost puked, but by sip five i loved it.
