Road Transport Licensing Division of DVLNI (Department of Vehicle Licencing Northern Ireland)and
DOE (Department of Environment.
Qualifications for being a t driver include -
1. Must be over 18 years of age
2. Must hold a full driving licence
3. Must be a reptutable person
4. Must be medically

The taxi driver's taxi must pass a PSV Inspection Test.
I occasionally
use a t to travel to and from Belfast. A
new friend, who lives in Belfast
uses a t to travel in the
opposite direction and return to her home in Belfast.
