Fauxsy 

Amalgamation of "folksy" and "faux". Used to describe people who falsely pepper their speech with southern-isms, to the point of sounding disingenuous or mocking.

I can never decipher how she feels. Every text has three y'alls, a couple darlin's and some long-winded metaphor about critters and the prairie. It's all so fake, she's fauxsy.

1. A feeling of yearning for a time in the past, even though you may never have experienced that time yourself.

2. Thinking the past was better than it was, simply because your future hasn't turned out the way you wanted it to.

The restored "foreskin" of a man circumcised at birth, acheived by stretching the shaft skin of the penis. Often quite convincing.

He hated being circumcised, now his fauxskin looks quite authentic.

fauxsme 

1. Someone who acts as an expert but clearly isn't.

2. Knowingly guessing at a response but speaking with conviction. A combination of Faux (fake) and SME (subject-matter-expert) (Pronunciation: \ˈfō-smē\). It can be used as an adjective or a verb.

You: "I wonder how long it took to build this roller coaster?"
Fauxsme: "I bet it took 40 guys at least 3 months to finish this off."
You: "Don't be a fauxsme, you clearly have no idea whatsoever."

Or

If I had to fauxsme this one, I'd bet it took 40 guys at least 4 months to finish this off.
