(n.) one who whines and complains constantly. Derived from the Italians who hail in Brooklyn New York. This is but just one of the many words that are not in fact a real words, but a part of the Brooklect (dialect of the Brooklyn peoples). Pronounced with a silent "d".

A Person whom complains about every thing and any thing no mater how relevant to the situation, this person is about as annoying as the rustling of a plastic bag next to your ear for a few hours.

Verb, to whinebag/ constantly whine & complain about stuff all the time. As chronic whiners, these type of people are never happy, no matter how much they make, where they live, who they bang, or what they drive.
