Study Course in which men line up outside a clinic in order to have their penis examined using a metre stick. The purpose of this is to determine whether or not they suffer from micropenis. The course spans over a total of 25 years.

Derived from the deontology morality philosophy, peontology refers to the moral concept of peniority. The moral choice, under the definition of peontology, then, would be to pick the option which A) results in the larger penis, or B) contains the larger penis.

The study of penology therefore deals with the treatment of prisoners and the subsequent rehabilitation of convicted criminals. It also encompasses aspects of probation (rehabilitation of offenders in the community) as well as penitentiary science relating to the secure detention and retraining of offenders committed to secure institutions.
