Same thing as no homo. Except in the case of talking about school, reading books, etc.

When you're excited to go back to school but at the same time you don't want to seem like a nerd for being excited about it.
You're just excited to see your friends and old classmates.

Now it is a joke for Scar and Wrath's real name in Fullmetal Alchemist.
