Eye-rolling nickname for Evangelical Christians who now seem to believe that the end truly does justify the means.

How about those church-going mulligans who will look the other way whenever it’s convenient for them.

The opposition to calling a shenanigan. If someone believes they have been cheated, mulligan refutes their belief.

Customer: I call shenanigans on my bill. I only spent 25 dollars.
Bartender: Mulligan! I have your tab right here. 200 dollars!!

A person who is felt to be deficient in judgment, good sense, or intelligence; a fool. Often identified by khaki pants tucked into Tony llama cowboy boots and the tendancy to carry a coozy and sunglasses depite there being no obvious need for such articles. Commonly found staring into space or using colloquial redneck vernacular in order to try and aquire street cred.

A mulligan, in sex, happens when a player gets a second chance to perform a certain move or action. The practice is also sometimes referred to as a "do-over".

I think I'm going to sleep with Sean again because we were so drunk last time I hardly remember. A mulligan is required for sure.

repeat offenses are allowed with the same person with only slight taunting after
