rater hater

People who specifically downrate something to 1 star, just to get the person's rating to drop down to a lower rank.(i.e. webpage, upload, etc.)

Example 1: That guy is a total rater hater! My upload was 5 stars and now it's only 4. That loser must of rated it 1 star!

Example 2: Damn, you got rated hated by someone.

random hater raters

(n) People who give an Urban Dictionary definition a thumbs down or bad rating, even though the definition is completely harmless and unoffensive. In fact, you may find some random hater raters giving this a thumbs down.
Random hater raters can be annoying to Urban Dictionary geeks that constantly submit definitions.

Raver Haters

People (or a single person) who don't like ravers or any kind of kandi kid. They'll often times go to raves just to mess with them. They'll do things like needle people (aids pixies), pull pranks, try to get raves shut down, and in general, ruin things for everyone. They're often close minded, up tight, and negative.
Person A (at a rave): So, on my way here these people kept messing with me and some of the other ravers; they were saying they were going to try to get us shut down! They were really mean to me and some of the other people that I came here with.

Person B: Wow, what raver haters.

Fogey/fogy /fougi/ sl. (early 18C+, orig. Scot) old-fashioned, stuck-in-the mud.
Person with old fashioned ideas which he is unwilling to change: Come to the disco and stop being such an old fogey!
You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)
