Sheily is the most wonderful and beautiful person you'll ever meet. If you haven't meet one look for one. The always love to have fun and laugh. They are even TALENTED but never know it. If you have a sheily never lat her go because you'll just regret it. Sheilys are really lovable and can really kick ass so be careful not to piss them off. But they are still the best no matter their height or size you 'll never wnat to let go. And no matter what you do it's hard to hate them or not fall in love. She can be bitchy or annoying but you'll think it's cute or scary as f***.

Sheila's Rule

A fairly simple rule, generally used in domestic situations, which dictates that when you vacate your seat, you have no automatic right to sit back there when you return. Once empty, a seat is open to anybody to sit in, irrespective of the circumstances that caused the previous occupant to vacate it.
