Vegapunk is a gifted scientist in the world of One
Piece who has been known to be able to clone devil fruits and
humans, and also create
human weapons beyond comprehension. His feats are extremely life altering and is the main factor for most offensive and defensive capabilities for the World Government and Navy. He has also eaten the "Nomi-Nomi no mi" which basically means
