this word was popularized by Flordia Youtuber StackkaJ who recently seen a little bit of the spotlight in 2017

An overly cool 1980's-1990's helmet made by Rosebank in Australia. Popular colours included fluoro yellow and green, white, and dusty pink. Parents were known to draw eyes on the back of the helmet to ward off the deadly 'magpie dive'.
